We raise capital through a multi-chain DAO treasury. Investors contribute in major crypto or stablecoin, held in smart-contract escrow; funds are released only when third-party oracles confirm defined construction or ESG milestones—maximizing transparency and downside protection.
Staking pools accept ETH or USDC; returns are paid in MHD tokens, which are pegged to verified real-estate cash flow. Inflation controls, ROI thresholds and performance-based fees align investor rewards with project success.
