1. Eligibility

• Attempt to access or use the account or private information of other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit smart contracts or blockchain infrastructure

3. Investment Disclaimer

Investments in the Fund are speculative and involve significant risks. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Investments may result in partial or complete loss
• There is no guarantee of liquidity for tokens
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Token values are pegged to stablecoins and backed by real estate assets, but are not insured

4. Token Issuance and Ownership

• Tokens issued through the Platform represent your share in the Fund and are governed by applicable offering documents (PPM, subscription agreements).
• Ownership is recorded on a blockchain ledger and secured via smart contracts.
• Transferability may be restricted by lock-up periods or regulatory limitations.

5. User Wallets and Custody

You are solely responsible for securing your digital wallet credentials. We do not store private keys or access your crypto wallet. Loss of your wallet or keys may result in permanent loss of access to your tokens.

6. KYC/AML Compliance

You agree to provide all necessary personal and financial information for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. We may deny access or investment rights at our sole discretion if compliance obligations are not met.

7. No Advice

The information provided on this Platform does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Please consult with independent advisors before making any investment decision.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses related to token value, smart contract vulnerabilities, or third-party integrations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
